What are your postage charges for Singapore order?
For normal mailing, the postage charges are calculated as follow:
- 1st piece = S$1.50,
- Free Mailing for 2nd pieces and above
For registered mailing, the postage charges are (S$2.50 + normal mailing charges)
What are your postage charges for International order?
All International Shipment will be sent as a Registered Standard Airmail. We will send you the postage fee of your shipment upon order confirmation.
What mode of payment methods do you accept?
For Singapore orders, we accept both Local Bank (POSB/OCBC) fund transfer via Internet Banking/ATM or credit cards payment via Paypal.
For International orders, we accept credit cards payment via Paypal.
* Please note you do not require a Paypal account to make payment.
Can I cancel or exchange for the item that I bought?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellation or exchange once payment is made.
My item is faulty, can I make an exchange?
We do 100% inspection on our goods before shipment therefore we do not entertain exchanges once an item is sent.
